WATSON is built on the ethos of buying few items that are of lasting quality and design. It is our guarantee that our Packs will perform like new for at least one year. We will repair or replace any and all components that do not hold up for any reason.
We will gladly replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange or repair, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange return postage.
If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply request a return RMA number within 90 days of the shipping date. If 90 days have gone by since your order shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for refunds and will only be accepted for repair/replacement in the case of a defect.
Please note, customized products can not be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Provided the item is in new condition and packaging, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping our packs throughout North America typically costs around $20. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
